Funny Fonts and Colored Paper

I had an editor friend who received a manuscript submission on some pretty, colorful paper. The font was Curlz. She also added a poem asking the editor not to reject her submission...yeah, it got rejected. Cute poem though. Moral of the story: white paper, Times New Roman, cut to the chase and no cute poetry.

I know what you mean. White paper!!!! Or at the very least, cream. I like to use Century font instead of Times New Roman, but that's just me.
Huummm. Maybe that's why I haven't been accepted.
