Writing Conferences?

I was just wondering if anyone out there had a suggestion on which writer's conference to go to if it is your first one? I live in the Midwest but I would be willing to go to anyplace in the US if it is a good one.

Hi,

I taught at the Colorado Christian Writers Conference at Estes Park Colorado, last month. The owner, Marlene Bagnull, holds another in Philadelphia in August. I'll be teaching there as well and can tell you that there is no where you can pick up as much information, learn more about the writing world and meet the decision makers that will buy your work, than at one of the good conferences.
